I have read the correct answer twice in this thread and each got a +1.
Answer: Mass Driver
The only time I die by a shotgun scout is the odd times they are able to sneak up or I'm hacking

Lol, wut? Are you telling me that MDs are not effective against other forms of infantry? What game you playing? Not only are MDs effective versus any type of infantry it also takes out LAVs. Paired with his best friend Mr. Flux nade, he makes mercs go boom!
I guess I'm doing it wrong, but aren't the fused locus nades merc pack items only? So you are saying the best option is to fork out cash to kill shotie scouts? Sorry sir but I disagree and so does my MD. |

Sorry sir but I disagree and so does my MD. I'm playing the game where every time I've fought someone using a mass driver I've killed them without a problem. You're suggesting people use a weapon that'll disadvantage them against people using ARs, all to make them less vulnerable to scouts with shotguns. It's ridiculous. The terrible advice in this thread is truly remarkable.
This topic was the best way to kill a shortie scout and MD is by far the best answer. Scouts have very little eHP and are easily taken out, now as the rest of the games classes once you get rid of their shields, armor just melts away.
You put your own bias perspective on it, there are counters to every class you use. As a MD user only, I can tell you that it is a very effective weapon versus any class and I can easily kill any suit once my flux rips their shields off if they are shield tanked.
MD is not an easy weapon to master, not point and click like AR, and can see why they are easy to kill if you are not skilled into them.
I will look for you on the BF to try to change your opinion on us noob tubers. |
